Deep Cleaning - COVID-19
Deep cleaning is a rigorous task that involves wiping down all surfaces in all room types including all patient areas, exam rooms, waiting rooms, bathrooms, offices, elevators, staff lounge areas, furniture, appliances, etc. All contact areas are wiped down and sanitized; floors are moped every night, carpeted areas are vacuumed, touchpoint areas are disinfected. Walls, equipment rooms, and employee areas are dusted and cleaned thoroughly.
KSS Quality Program
Kings Service Solutions have their own quality program which consists in a quality control process involving site visits by our Quality Control manager, conducting observation of our cleaning routines and procedures, documenting notes and recommendations, checking the quality and purity of the cleaning products used, maintaining a logbook with activities performed, detailed inspection of the entire site, photo documentation of our practices, continuous follow-up and addressing any issues needing attention and corrective actions.
Our Quality Control personnel are also trained on are regular basis and are constantly investigating and reviewing the literature on guidelines and procedures to ensure we are meeting and even exceeding the business partners' expectations.
