Deep Cleaning

Deep cleaning is a rigorous task that involves wiping down all surfaces in all room types, including patient areas, exam rooms, waiting rooms, bathrooms, offices, elevators, staff lounge areas, furniture and appliances. All contact areas are wiped down and sanitized; floors are mopped every night, carpeted areas are vacuumed, and touchpoint areas are disinfected. Walls, equipment rooms, and employee areas are dusted and cleaned thoroughly.

Quality Control

Kings Service Solutions has its own quality program: site visits by our Quality Control manager, observation of our cleaning routines and procedures, documented notes and recommendations, checks on the quality and purity of the cleaning products used, a logbook of activities performed, detailed inspection of the entire site, photo documentation of our practices, and continuous follow-up on any issues needing attention and corrective action.

Our Quality Control personnel are trained on a regular basis and constantly review guidelines and procedures to ensure we meet and exceed our business partners’ expectations.
