Kings Service Solutions is a turnkey housekeeping partner providing departure cleaning, full maintenance cleaning, floor care, and related services tailored to each resort’s needs. We assume the responsibility for all aspects of housekeeping while working together with resort management.

Our Specific Services

Deep Cleaning

A deep clean gives housekeeping a clean slate; units can be cleaned more efficiently without the presence of deeply embedded stains. Allergens are less prevalent, and rooms smell fresher. Not only is deep cleaning a worthwhile investment in customer satisfaction, but appliances will show less wear and carpet will have a longer life span.

Inventory Control

Kings Services Solutions offers inventory control and maintenance reporting at no charge as a part of our detailed inspection of every unit. To prevent guest room supplies from becoming depleted, physical inventories are taken every time a unit is to be occupied. Housekeeping reports replaces missing items from inventory supplied by property management. Since many of the items are billable, this process can reduce the cost of expenditures.

Floor Care, Drapery & Upholstery

The maintenance of carpet and fabric-based items affects the true cleanliness of a unit more than any other element. The cleaning process can be compromised unless a system is in place to regularly remove the dust, odors, and foreign particles that can stay behind in carpet and fabric.

Traffic Area Carpet Clean

As a part of our service, all carpeted areas in a unit are cleaned, except where pieces of furniture are located, and even those areas are cleaned where they are visibly soiled.

Assessment

The facilities are physically inspected to determine traffic patterns, frequency of use, environmental conditions, and composition of materials to be cleaned. Our Area and District Managers are all trained and certified.
